Preorders

Some of our products are sold as preorders. Any item marked as a preorder on its product page is not available for immediate fulfillment. By placing an order for a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated fulfillment timeline outlined on the product page. Preorders are fulfilled in the order received.


Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the custom nature and limited production of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please ensure all details are correct before checking out.

Shipping Policy

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days for domestic addresses.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.


International Orders

We do offer international shipping to select regions. All customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout total.

We are not responsible for delays or packages rejected due to unpaid customs fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
